"Had one of every taco. Wouldn't have changed anything. Personal favorites were the fish and steak tacos, but all of them were unreal. Similar to, but better than Mission Taco. Happy to have another new restaurant to add to my weekly rotation." ... Read More

"Everything here was amazing and delicious! From their appetizers (the fries and bottomless chips and salsas) to the carnita taco, to the burrito, and even the atmosphere!! We had amazing, attentive service from AJ and don't forget the Margaritas -- delicious. Will definitely be back and highly recommend." ... Read More

"This is exactly the kind of restaurant Lake St. Louis needed! Since opening, we've been here 4 times to eat and for drinks. The quality of food is excellent and the flavor profiles are creative and different than I've experienced anywhere around the area. It shouldn't be a surprise as the executive chef, Jason Cervone, is a professional chef who has previously been on the Food Network competing in cooking competitions. My personal favorites are the empanadas, guacamole, wings (as they are stated on the menu), and nachos. My husband's favorites are the veggie lasagna and ribeye. I've also tried several of their specialty drinks and am equally impressed- they're different than your run of the mill drinks- my favorites so far are the El Diablo and Mezcal Margatini." ... "My husband and I went to Prados today. We split the hamburger and the burrito. LOVE the burger, burrito was good. I got a blackberry basil margarita which was ok, but I will try some of the other flavors.I was told Happy Hour is 3-6, M-F, Margaritas are $3, $2 off beers, and appetizers maybe 1/2 off? Debbie was our waitress and wonderful! She highly recommended the nachos and loaded fries, chips and salsas. Happy hour it is!I would recommend the restaurant add tostadas and a naked burrito bowl with a couple of salsas, to the menu. Yum!Decor is great. Glad to have another dining option in Lake Saint Louis." ... Read More

"First time here was a great experience. We sat in the bar area and the appetizers we ordered were delicious. Only negative was the bartender took very long to make our drinks although his personality kind of made up for it." ... Read More

"If you haven't had a chance to try Prados... GO!! This place is absolutely delicious. I've tried just about everything on the menu and they haven't disappointed. Top picks would be the taco flavored wings, fajitas and nachos. But the fried pork belly is just short of heaven. They also have a fantastic drink menu. Go! You won't be disappointed." ... Read More

"Prados is much needed in the Meadows! I have been following their journey since finding out they (and Roasted) were going in. We don't travel to Lake St. Louis frequently, but we made a point to come by once they opened! We came for happy hour, since we didn't want a huge meal due to the holidays. They have a pretty nice happy hour with a couple dollars off margs and half price appetizers. They have a pretty extensive margarita menu too! I had the blackberry basil and my boyfriend had the watermelon. Our favorite of the two was the watermelon - it had great flavor without being too sweet. To eat, we had the queso fundido with chorizo and the sidewinders. The queso was great, and the chorizo was a yummy addition. However, the sidewinders stole the show. The potatoes were perfectly seasoned and topped with so many goodies - we could have two or three more orders if we didn't have a family dinner! Our waitress was really sweet. She was newer, but was doing a great job. She checked in several times and was friendly. Our only "complaints" were that the chip to queso ratio was off (we would have loved more queso!) and I think my margarita could have used a little more basil flavor." ...
